Job Purpose

To manage complex deals from end-to-end through and assist with oversight of portfolio through efficient and effective execution of deals in accordance with relevant approvals, transaction documents and related regulations. Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute all loan activities as per legal agreements, utilizing systems like Loan IQ and adhering to internal processes.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients, credit, finance, legal, BU, IB Ops, lenders, Distribution) by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Accurately account for transaction activities in the sub-ledger and maintain high-quality data for timely and accurate management information.
  • Effectively manage collateral/security for transactions.
  • Comprehend and adhere to departmental processes.
  • Manage and resolve operational loss events efficiently, proactively communicating and addressing these incidents.
  • Maintain organized team and personal mailboxes, filing correspondence as per established protocols.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce: Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce: Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce: Financial Management, Bachelor of Commerce: Taxation, Bachelor of Commerce: Law

Minimum Experience Level

2-3 years relevant financial experience in Merchant/Corporate banking.
