Job Purpose

To create a unique client experience by attending to clients' sales and service needs, fulfill client banking requirements, selling Nedbank sales products and by identifying cross sell opportunities whilst mitigating risk and contributing to branch objectives.

Job Summary

• Acquisition of new clients and retention of existing clients.
• Deliver world class benchmarked customer service.
• Compilation and maintenance of action plans to increase banking sales
• Exceed monthly set targets.
• Marketing of the various bank’s products.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Requirements & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounting & Finance / banking related studies.
• Minimum of 5 (Five) years SME sales experience in a banking environment of which at least 2 (Two) years as a   Sales Support to a SME Banker
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Applicant will be required to work on some Saturdays.
• Code of Conduct
• Valid driver’s license
• Own transportation to visit clients

Essential Qualifications

• Grade 12 / National Senior Secondary Higher-Level Course
