Job Purpose
To attain new and expand the existing client base for Nedbank. Grow the Nedbank brand and optimize revenue according to business objectives. To deliver excellent client service to all clients, dealers and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients and vehicle dealers as per product line.
- Cross-sell of all Nedbank products.
- Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing effective and professional service to existing and potential customers.
- Exceed sales, growth and profit targets.
- Assessment and recommendation of applicants for fast and effective decision-making.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and all Nedbank approved vehicle dealers.
- Increase the market penetration at our Nedbank approved vehicle dealers.
- Implementation and execution of all new products and offerings
- Establish the Nedbank Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia.

- Must be available to attend to outside functions like launches or campaigns
- Must be willing to travel between branches, suppliers and dealers.

Preferred Qualification
- Grade 12 (25 points) and a relevant Diploma or Degree.
Minimum Experience Level
- Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with knowledge of sales, credit/risk assessment skills.
- Fluency in various languages would be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Office.
- Own transport would be an added advantage.
