Job Purpose
To attain new and expand the existing client base for Nedbank. Grow the Nedbank brand and optimize revenue according to business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients as per product line (Home loans).
- Cross-sell of all Nedbank products.
- Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing effective and professional service to existing and potential customers.
- Exceed sales, growth and profit targets.
- Assessment and recommendation of applicants for fast and effective decision-making.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Increase the market penetration.
- Implementation and execution of all new products and offerings
- Establish the Nedbank Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia.
Experience and Qualification requirements
- Grade 12 (25 points) and a relevant Diploma or Degree.
- Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with knowledge of sales, credit/risk assessment skills.
- Prior experience as a home loan consultant would be added advantage
- Fluency in various languages would be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Office.
- Own transport would be an added advantage.
- Code 08 license

- Outgoing personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound experience in all aspects of sales
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the application of the Credit Agreement and Usury Acts.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be flexible within working hours.
- Must be willing to travel for work.
- Must be willing to travel between branches, suppliers and dealers.
- Must be willing to work between Windhoek and Coastal towns
