Job Purpose
The Web Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimising and supporting enterprise web platforms, with a specific focus on enhancing the performance, accessibility and success of the MFC website. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Enterprise Web Support & Management
- Maintain and update enterprise websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and technical stability.
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Manage CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) and ensure timely publishing of content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues, liaising with IT and development teams as needed.
MFC Website Focus
- Monitor and report on MFC website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with MFC stakeholders to align web content and functionality with business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security protocols, and UX best practices.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve customer experience and digital conversion.
Project & Deliverables Management
- Define and manage web-related deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation for web processes, standards, and governance.
- Support testing and QA for new features, updates, and integrations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of web projects.
Minimum Experience Level
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in web management or digital marketing in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Experience with web analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
