Job Purpose

The Web Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimising and supporting enterprise web platforms, with a specific focus on enhancing the performance, accessibility and success of the MFC website. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Web Support & Management

  • Maintain and update enterprise websites, ensuring content accuracy, brand consistency, and technical stability.
  • Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Manage CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) and ensure timely publishing of content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve web-related issues, liaising with IT and development teams as needed.

 

MFC Website Focus

  • Monitor and report on MFC website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with MFC stakeholders to align web content and functionality with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security protocols, and UX best practices.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve customer experience and digital conversion.

 

Project & Deliverables Management

  • Define and manage web-related deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation for web processes, standards, and governance.
  • Support testing and QA for new features, updates, and integrations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of web projects.

Minimum Experience Level

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in web management or digital marketing in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
