What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Partner with the talent and learning community to define exceptional learner experiences and create detailed operational plans, including pre-, during-, and post-delivery routines.
  • Implement learning delivery strategies that align with business needs and support the organisation’s goals.
  • Provide learning delivery consultation, designing and delivering customised strategic development experiences to improve individual and team performance.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning delivery policies, processes, and systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead the design, curation, and integration of learning journeys and portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful learning experiences.
  • Manage relationships with learning vendors, including selection, quality management, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide advisory services on learning delivery, offering expertise in design, curation, integration, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with the learning administration team to ensure effective execution and delivery of programmes.
  • Develop and implement performance and impact measurement systems for learning delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality management standards related to learning delivery.
  • Drive change management and embedding strategies to ensure learning sticks and has measurable impact.
  • Leverage emergent learning practices and market trends to innovate and continuously improve learning delivery.
  • Oversee learning delivery management for key portfolios and strategic initiatives, including design, curation, planning, integration, vendor management, and quality assurance.
  • Leverage business, commercial, and functional insights to ensure the effective design and delivery of learning solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • B-Degree in related fields such as Business, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications in learning program delivery.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in learning delivery, with expertise in multi-dimensional learning journeys.
  • Proven track record in setting up and transforming learning delivery functions.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with a creative and strategic approach to learning delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a passion for building exceptional learner experiences.
