Job Purpose

To provide operational support to management by planning; coordinating and managing administrative business activities in order to assist management to fulfil its mandate for Nedbank.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
  • Supporting multiple executives, managers, or other professionals by handling various administrative and personal tasks.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Diary Management / Managing Schedules: Organizing and maintaining the employer’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handling Correspondence: Managing emails, letters on behalf of the Executives.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, Accommodation, and transportation.
  • Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between the employer and other staff members or clients.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the employer’s privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Preparing Documents: Creating reports, making copies, memos, invoices, minute taking, action management and other necessary documents.

  • Ordering of various equipments.
  • Task Management: Handling any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as required by the employer.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Diploma

Preferred Qualification

Secretarial Diploma , Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Minimum Experience Level

  • 5 years secretarial experience in a corporate or client service environment.
  • Experience managing complex executive function.
  • Experience working in an innovative knowledge working.
  • Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with constant change
