Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OE Consultant to join our dynamic OE Team. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance culture that aligns with our strategic objectives while fostering leadership excellence and employee wellbeing, grounded in our shared values.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness through culture transformation, strategic alignment, leadership development, and coaching. This role is key to fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture that promotes employee wellbeing and empowers teams to thrive, enabling sustainable business success
Job Responsibilities
Research and Innovation
Continuously research, evaluate, and refine organizational development (OD) methodologies and techniques to create an optimal, high-performing environment tailored to business needs.
Stay informed on internal and external trends, developments, and best practices in organizational effectiveness, leadership, and culture.
Strategic Alignment and Culture Transformation
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies that align organizational culture with business objectives.
Drive culture transformation initiatives that embed shared values and foster engagement across all levels.
Leadership Development and Coaching
Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build capability and future-ready leaders.
Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and teams to enhance performance, collaboration, and resilience.
Organizational Analysis and Intervention Design
Analyse organizational needs and design tailored interventions that address these needs/gaps and enable sustainable success.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions, recommending improvements based on data and insights.
Employee Wellbeing and Human-Centred Practices
Champion initiatives that promote holistic wellbeing and psychological safety, creating workplaces where people thrive.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and influencing decisions through clear, impactful communication.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
Preferred Qualification
Master’s degree in industrial psychology or psychology
HPCSA registration will be an advantage
Minimum Experience Level
A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in Organisational Development/Effectiveness, leadership development, change management, or consulting related roles.
Technical and Professional Experience
- Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure impact of different interventions (e.g. Culture, Wellbeing, Change processes, etc.)
- Ability to use digital collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint) for virtual facilitation and engagement.
- Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter) and their application start-to-end.
- Competence in learning and development for growth and development of leaders and staff.
- Use technical/diagnostic tools to deliver tangible value to our clients
