Job Purpose

Nedbank Client Engagement is looking for bright minds to Work on Key Innovation projects in line with the business strategic objectives. This one year Graduate Programme will equip the individuals with exposure and experience into Banking whilst providing the opportunity design and implement new ideas in the business

Job Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic business challenges and projects, finding ways to generate and realise innovative ideas and make them profitable through prototyping / production
  • Work across multi-disciplinary boundaries using design thinking principles to focus on digital innovation
  • Support business units in developing new product and service initiatives and successfully commercialising these initiatives
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis that supports disruptive thinking and the creation of novel ideas and insights searching for emerging new market opportunities.
  • Support business as an methodology expert and change facilitator during the implementation of innovation projects
  • Participate in digital and innovative ideas generation platforms for the benefit of the Bank
  • Participate in the development of business cases for innovation projects
  • Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

A Degree/ Diploma in any of the following disciplines:

 

  • Information Systems
  • Behavioral Economics
  • Digital Technology
  • Design and Innovation
  • Anthropology
  • Social Science
  • Digital and Graphic Design
