Job Purpose
Lead the strategy, growth, innovation and commercial performance of the Business Banking Investment portfolio across SME, Mid-Corporate and Commercial Banking segments. Accountable for creating market-leading investment propositions that help clients optimize liquidity, preserve capital and grow wealth while strengthening Nedbank's position as the primary financial partner for businesses.
The role is responsible for driving investment growth through deep integration with transactional banking, digital channels and client advisory capabilities, ensuring business clients can seamlessly move from operating accounts into investment solutions that meet their liquidity, yield and cash management needs. Aligned to the BCB strategy, the role will transform investments from a standalone product offering into an integral component of the client's treasury, liquidity and wealth management ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Investment Management, Economics, Commerce, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree will be advantageous.
Minimum Experience Level
- 7-10 years' relevant banking or financial services experience, including significant exposure to investment products, treasury and liquidity management, product leadership, and commercial strategy, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role leading teams and driving business growth.
