Job Purpose

To use strong Digital optimisation skills using Adobe Target to conduct Customer Experience (CX) testing and personalisation on Digital Acquisition platforms, i.e. App and Web. Gathering and analysing data and developing recommendations to help improve conversion rates through ongoing optimisation. To work closely with Digital Sales Funnel Managers to incrementally enhance the NIC Digital Sales Funnels, by problem solving, understanding insights, and supporting tactical plans to improve the onboarding conversion rate.  To utilise strong Digital Personalisation skills to improve the Customer Experience and conversion of Paid and Organic traffic and leads.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analysis:
  • Deep analysis of the Digital Sales platforms, across Products, i.e. App and Web
  • Analyse data and identify trends in client breakdowns and recommend corrective action to achieve improved conversion rates.
  • Develop robust recommendations for improvement based on data insights and testing.
  • Monitor and manage sales funnel performance against set KPIs.
  • Customer Experience Testing & Optimisation Solutioning:
  • Problem solves identified areas in the Sales Funnel with test strategies with statistical relevance for funnel improvement.
  • Effective optimisation of user experience, systems, processes, and technology by doing root cause analysis and taking corrective measurement and ensuring conversion rates per channel, per product, per process steps are achieved.
  • Develop test hypotheses into AB tests, inc. mockups and success definition.
  • Managing backlog of requests utilising Agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to run CX testing and Personalisation techniques and to report on gaps and opportunities.
  • Work closely with both the product and marketing teams to support on optimising the sales funnel.
  • Implementation:
  • Take responsibility for agile Personalisation and Pivots to ensure that support of Funnel enhancement targets being achieved
  • Produce high quality deliverables and documentation to support the running of CRO campaigns, e.g. test proposals and insight reports.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualification

 

  • Matric and relevant tertiary qualification
  • MMP or equivalent

Preferred Certification

•    Adobe Practitioner Certification

Minimum Experience Level

  • 2-3 years in Adobe Target
  • 2-3 years Experience of UX principles and AB testing methodologies
  • 2-3 years in Personalisation
  • 1-2 years working as part of a software development processes like Agile/Scrum and CI/CD utilizing technologies (e.g. GIT, JIRA, Kanban)
  • 2-3 years Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey Analytics
  • Knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. C# and SQL, CSS, HTML, JS, React)
