Job Purpose

To manage a portfolio of property finance transactions within a functional model structure from implementation through to termination including day to day management and to ensure that the defined transactional requirements reflected in the relevant approvals and legal agreements are implemented and adhered to.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deal implementation and loan management of property finance transactions.
  • Provide a professional service to stakeholders (internal & external) by ensuring that transactions are managed and accounted for in accordance with legal agreements, relevant legislation and that deal activities are executed by following agreed business process.
  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) through consistent and timeous communication, adherence to requirements (systems and procedures) and evidencing an understanding of transactions, process and systems.
  • Ensure that transactions are accurately loaded and maintained on support systems and that deal related activities are accurately executed.
  • Adhere to internal processes when managing deals and executing transaction activities (e.g., cash flows, rate resets document lodging, invoicing, collateral management).
  • Manage the pre and post registration process (e.g. cancellations, releases, and deal variation process.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification

Relevant BCom Degree, LLB

Minimum Experience Level

At least 2 years Property Finance Operations experience, preferably in the Middle Office and exposure to SAP will be advantageous.
